The conference size is limited so that early registration is encouraged.

We can accommodate payment by check drawn on a US bank and credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). The registration fee includes Tuesday evening (October 11, 2005) registration/social reception, three continental breakfasts, three lunches and refreshments during breaks.

Credit card processing

• Your credit card will be processed immediately upon receipt of the registration form.

Cancellation policy

• Prepaid registration fees will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee, if notification is received by September 11, 2005.
