The DAE 2005 conference will be held at The Inn and Spa at Loretto in the heart of historical Santa Fe, New Mexico, "Land of Enchantment." Santa Fe is located 60 miles (100km) from the Albuquerque International Airport and may be reached by shuttle bus or automobile.

A limited block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at The Inn and Spa at Loretto. To secure hotel accommodation at the conference rate of $94 single/double plus tax, please contact the hotel directly at 1-800-727-5531 (U.S. only) or (+1) 505-988-5531. In order to receive the conference rate, you will need to call prior to September 11, 2005 and identify your affiliation as Los Alamos National Laboratory, DAE 2005 Conference and give the dates of the conference (October 11-14, 2005).

Please state your smoking preference when making reservations and the hotel will take every possible measure to assign the appropriate room.

Rates will not be changed at check-in for any guests that fail to identify their affiliation at the time of reservation. All rooms remaining in the block will be returned to general inventory for sale to other groups and/or individuals after September 11, 2005. Any reservation requests or changes after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis at the current available rate. One night's guestroom and tax will be billed to each guest who does not arrive or whose reservation is cancelled less than three days (72 hours) prior to arrival.

Note that the hotel check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 p.m. will be able to store their luggage until rooms become available. Likewise, guests departing after 11:00 a.m. should arrange to store their luggage with the hotel bell staff.

Parking at the hotel is $7 per day. Parking is free for hotel guests.
