Audio Visual
An overhead viewgraph projector, PC laptop, LCD computer projector and screen will be available for presentations. For computer presentations, we recommend either that you bring your own computer or that you bring the presentation in PDF format on a memory stick or CD.

Poster Display
Posterboard and tape will be available at the conference to put your poster together.

The posterboards are 30 inches by 40 inches. Two posterboards may be taped together to make a poster size of 60 inches by 40 inches. If one posterboard is used, it can be placed on the stand in either position, i.e., 30 inches high or 40 inches high. If two posterboards are used, they must be placed on the stand in the landscape position, i.e., 40 inches high and 60 inches wide.
