POPTEX Two projects explore using hardware assists for algorithms. The first leverages high-performance graphics hardware to accelerate data exploration to interactive rates. Our tool is POPTEX, currently providing interactive visualization capabilities for the DOE Global Climate Modeling Grand Challenge.
